One business that is not yet known and has a good effect on health the herbal extract of gambier, gambir herbs can increase stamina reduce effects smoking society, this what makes CV Uncaria Herbal Indonesia (UHI) as pioneer from want to do an analysis affects brand loyalty in each its products. This research aims determine analyze influence social media marketing, e-WOM, awareness, image at Indonesia. The method was questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely UHI customers who are active media. A sampling 150 respondents study using Accidental Sampling method. uses descriptive analysis. Based results SPSS. Through research, it be concluded there positive significant Brand loyalty.
